What you’ll be doing
JewelBox, a jewellery retailer in Multan, is seeking a results-driven Salesman to support store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:

- Greet customers, assess needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on artificial and silver jewellery.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling complementary items.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking showcases, and ensuring product tags and pricing are accurate.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and prepare daily sales reports for the manager.
- Provide after-sales support, explain care instructions, handle simple returns and exchanges according to store policy, and log customer feedback.
- Keep inventory records up to date, assist with stock counts, and report low stock.
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills:
- Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion accessories, or related retail sectors.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
- Good visual merchandising sense and attention to detail for display maintenance.
- Ability to work under sales targets and adapt to promotional campaigns.
- Organizational skills for stock management and daily reporting.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift light packages and handle inventory movements within the store.
