What you’ll be doing
Kanzah Fashion, an apparel and wholesale business in Karachi, seeks an Accountant to manage financial operations supporting production, procurement, inventory costing, payroll, and financial reporting.

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including journals, ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, cost of goods sold, inventory valuations, and variance reports.
- Process supplier invoices, vendor payments, and accounts payable aging.
- Manage accounts receivable, invoice issuance, collections, and customer reconciliations.
- Process payroll and statutory deductions while maintaining payroll records in compliance with local regulations.
- Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting and provide management with financial insights.
- Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting workflows.
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills:
- Strong bookkeeping: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and general ledger management
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, BUSY, SAP Business One, or similar
- Advanced MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Ability to prepare financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and numerical accuracy
- Good communication for coordination with operations and suppliers
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to recommend process improvements and strengthen controls
