You will represent the brand in-store, provide attentive customer service, showcase products, and help customers select pieces that meet their needs. Work closely with the store manager and inventory team to support daily sales targets and contribute to a positive, secure retail environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through product selections including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry items.
- Demonstrate product features and educate customers on materials, craftsmanship, and care recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling while maintaining ethical selling practices.
- Process sales transactions accurately; handle cash and card payments; prepare receipts and invoices according to store procedures.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and security of high-value items.
- Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams for stock control and loss-prevention.
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills:
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, watches, or luxury goods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about gemstones, metals (gold, silver, platinum), and jewelry care.
- Ability to meet sales targets, perform suggestive selling, and close transactions confidently.
- Experience handling cash, card terminals, and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Attention to detail for inventory tracking, display upkeep, and handling high-value items securely.
- Professional appearance, trustworthiness, and ability to follow loss-prevention and customer service policies.
- Basic numeracy for pricing, discounts, and invoicing.
- Fluency in Urdu and conversational English.
- Training in jewelry sales or relevant certification.
