Key Responsibilities
Officer – Overseas Desk at a trade organization in Islamabad. The Overseas Desk serves as a one-window information and facilitation center for overseas businesses, investors, trade organizations, diplomatic missions, and the Pakistani diaspora.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to overseas inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with foreign businesses, investors, trade organizations, diplomatic missions, and overseas Pakistanis.
- Guide stakeholders on Pakistan's investment policies, regulatory framework, and business procedures.
- Facilitate business matchmaking between overseas inquiries and relevant local businesses, investors, and institutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate information and seamless support.
- Maintain correspondence, databases, records, and reports related to international inquiries and business engagements.
- Assist in organizing international business forums and trade delegations.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Knowledge of international trade, investment promotion, and business facilitation is an added advantage.
