Responsibilities
- Review client information and supporting documents against relevant visa requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and complete visa application forms and filing packs.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and coordinate corrections.
- Maintain application records, checklists, deadlines, and status updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding appointments, document submissions, and case progress.
- Protect confidential personal and travel information in accordance with company procedures.
- Stay informed about changing embassy, consulate, and immigration documentation requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Practical knowledge of visa application documentation, filing procedures, and supporting evidence requirements.
- Strong attention to detail when completing forms, reviewing passports, and checking document consistency.
- Clear written and verbal communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, follow-ups, and confidential records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management, email correspondence, and online application portals.
- Professional judgment to identify missing information, potential discrepancies, and escalation needs.
- Organized, ethical, patient, and service-oriented approach to client support.
