What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for an ambitious Full Stack Developer to help build the software behind a modern dermatology telehealth platform, including doctor, messaging, and consultation workflows used by patients and clinicians.
You’ll work with a tight-knit team split between Islamabad and Stockholm. The company is an AI-first startup, and engineers are expected to build with frontier AI and agentic tools daily to ship better software efficiently.
The role involves solving technical problems, improving user experience, and developing workflows that increase team productivity. As the product is in an early stage, responsibilities will evolve as the company grows.

Technical skills
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript across front end and back end.
- Hands-on experience with React and a modern framework such as Next.js.
- Backend development with Node.js and NestJS (or a comparable server-side framework).
- Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs (Apollo).
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling, ideally
