Tech Data Concepts is seeking an E-Commerce Dropshipping Specialist to manage and grow product operations for a UK marketplace while working remotely from Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Research products, suppliers, competitors, pricing, demand, and marketplace trends relevant to UK customers.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, keywords, pricing, and inventory details.
- Coordinate dropshipping orders with suppliers and monitor fulfillment, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
- Track sales, margins, advertising performance, stock availability, and key marketplace metrics using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Identify listing, pricing, fulfillment, and customer-experience improvements to support sustainable growth.
- Maintain accurate records and follow marketplace policies, consumer expectations, and internal operating procedures.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Practical experience with dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or UK-focused online marketplaces.
- Strong product research skills, including supplier evaluation, competitor analysis, demand validation, and margin calculation.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, search-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Working knowledge of order processing, inventory coordination, returns, refunds, and delivery tracking.
- Comfort using spreadsheets for pricing, profitability, stock, sales, and performance reporting.
- Understanding of marketplace policies, customer service standards, and basic e-commerce analytics.
- Strong written English, attention to detail, time management, and independent problem-solving.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with suppliers and resolve operational issues promptly.
