What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, update ledgers, and maintain general ledger entries.
- Issue customer invoices, process vendor bills, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Match bank statements with company records and resolve payment differences.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements or budget preparations.
- Supply documents and work with internal or external auditors during review processes.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong skills in QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting platforms
- High attention to detail
- Good math skills
- Clear communication
