What you’ll be doing
- Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, internet, email and network-related issues.
- Install, configure and update operating systems, software, antivirus and business applications.
- Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and network connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimum downtime of IT services.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, email accounts, shared folders and basic server administration.
- Support ERP, accounting software, attendance systems and other company-used applications.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts and online platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content including posts, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and audience interactions.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and advertisements.
- Maintain and update company website content.
- Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity practices and data protection.
What we’re looking for
- Two to three years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration and social media handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.
