What you’ll be doing
InnovativeTech Engineering Pvt Ltd is an IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified automotive engineering company operating in Lahore since 1994. With in-house hot forging, precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, inspection and testing facilities, the company is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts to support accurate financial control and reporting across its manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to maintain reliable accounting records, strengthen financial processes and support timely business decisions.

- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including vouchers, ledgers, payables, receivables and bank transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing, financial statements, management reports and account reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses and variances, highlighting issues for corrective action.
- Support audit preparation, tax documentation, compliance records and internal control reviews.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, stores and administration to verify financial data and documentation.
- Help improve accounting procedures, reporting accuracy and finance-related controls within the manufacturing environment.
What we’re looking for
- Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, cash-flow updates and variance analysis.
- Practical understanding of audit support, taxation documentation, compliance and internal controls in Pakistan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and financial data analysis; experience with ERP or accounting software.
- Sound numerical ability, attention to detail and disciplined record keeping.
- Clear communication and coordination skills for working with production, procurement, stores and senior management.
- Ability to prioritize deadlines, review supporting documents and identify discrepancies proactively.
