Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and provide initial guidance regarding services.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Follow up with clients regularly until project closure.
- Represent Greenscapers professionally in client interactions.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu.
- Good spoken and written English is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Professional attitude and presentable personality.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Basic computer proficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to qualify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and close business.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client objectives and communicate clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with professional follow-up discipline.
- Comfort using spreadsheets to manage opportunities and reports.
- Strong organization, time management, commercial judgment, and attention to detail.
