What you’ll be doing
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential business clients.
Contact business owners, CEOs, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.
Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
Follow up with prospective clients and nurture business relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Contact business owners, CEOs, IT Managers, and other decision-makers.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, truck dispatch, appointment setting, BPO, telemarketing, freight brokerage, solar campaigns, or similar outbound calling roles.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Good computer skills; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
