- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
- Respond to inquiries, identify prospects, and communicate service benefits clearly.
- Generate leads through social media outreach, networking, and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective clients, maintain accurate records, and support conversion activities.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and sales priorities.
- Monitor engagement and lead performance, sharing observations to improve future campaigns.

What we’re looking for
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to present marketing services, qualify leads, and handle objections professionally.
- Confidence in prospecting, follow-up, relationship building, and meeting sales objectives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead tracking.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, messaging tools, and customer or prospect records.
- Creative approach to captions, promotional ideas, and social media content.
- Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and able to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
