Sparc Digital Solution is seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content that strengthens client brands and supports digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, paid advertising creatives, website graphics, landing page visuals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop consistent visual concepts aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Prepare design variations for different platforms, audiences, and digital advertising formats.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to understand briefs, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain organized source files and ensure final artwork meets quality, sizing, and export requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create social media, display advertising, website, presentation, and other digital marketing assets.
- Portfolio demonstrating original concepts, brand-focused design, and polished digital execution.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert marketing objectives into clear visual communication.
- Familiarity with platform specifications, file formats, image optimization, and basic responsive design principles.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, collaboration, and ability to handle multiple projects.
