Role: Client Coordinator
Undergo training at Laser Eye World and provide procedure and surgery guidelines to clients regarding their treatments. Guide clients through the treatment process by phone and in person at Laser Eye World clinics.
The role offers income on a share basis per surgery booked in addition to a basic salary, with growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for
Core skills and competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Excellent organization, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Comfort working with productivity tools, spreadsheets, shared documents, and client or project tracking systems.
- Accurate note-taking, action-item tracking, status reporting, and issue escalation.
