We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Developer with at least 1 year of expertise managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts. The role involves identifying, securing, and managing client projects and contributing to company growth through freelancing platforms.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Developer with at least 1 year of expertise managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts. The role involves identifying, securing, and managing client projects and contributing to company growth through freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage, optimize, and maintain company profiles on freelance platforms to ensure maximum visibility. Develop proposal and bidding strategies to secure high-value projects.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and close deals efficiently.
- Client Engagement: Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Act as a point of contact during project execution, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Strategy & Reporting: Track and analyze project success metrics.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience managing freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and outreach.
- Strong track record of winning projects and meeting revenue targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals.
- Proficiency in negotiation, relationship management, and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software development.
