3Scale Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join its Lahore team.
This on-site, evening-shift role focuses on generating international business opportunities for software development, web development, AI, and digital marketing services.
The successful candidate will identify and engage prospective clients, develop tailored proposals, and convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities. The role requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

- Generate new business through Upwork, LinkedIn, email, and other lead-generation channels.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
- Conduct targeted outreach and manage follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project scoping and smooth handover.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and work toward business development targets.
