What you’ll be doing
Al Farooq Stone Art is seeking a Sales Executive for its Karachi showroom, serving customers interested in tiles, marble, granite, onyx and sanitaryware.
Key responsibilities:
The role involves consultative sales and supporting customers with residential and commercial finishing projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, contractors, interior designers and property developers.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products and prepare accurate quotations.
- Present product features, finishes, sizes, availability and pricing clearly.
- Generate sales through showroom engagement, follow-ups, referrals and relationship building.
- Maintain organized records of leads, quotations, orders and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams regarding stock, delivery schedules and order details.
- Follow up on open quotations and contribute to individual and showroom sales targets.

What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated ability to sell products through customer consultation and needs assessment.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, tiles, marble, granite, onyx, sanitaryware and related finishing materials.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, explain pricing and close sales professionally.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer or sales record management.
- Consistent follow-up skills with leads, contractors, designers and other buyers.
- Ability to work toward targets while maintaining accurate order details and a positive customer experience.
- Professional appearance, reliable attendance and strong local market awareness in Karachi.
