- Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan content calendars, coordinate creative production, and publish engaging posts across relevant channels.
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain consistent brand voice.
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate paid social campaigns, optimize performance, and track reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, web specialists, and other team members.
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant social media management tools.
- Ability to create content strategies, editorial calendars, captions, briefs, and campaign concepts.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, budget monitoring, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, and insight generation.
- Copywriting, editing, proofreading, and visual content coordination skills.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Communication, project management, organization, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and use data to improve creative performance.
