Nature's Delight is seeking a Telemarketing Executive to support customer outreach and business growth through professional telephone communication while working remotely from Lahore.

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using approved customer lists.
- Introduce dairy products, promotions, delivery options, and service benefits.
- Respond to customer questions, identify requirements, and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and record outcomes, inquiries, and orders in company systems.
- Coordinate confirmed requests with internal teams for timely processing and delivery.
- Meet assigned call, follow-up, and conversion targets while maintaining courteous communication.
- Share recurring customer feedback and market observations with supervisors.
What we’re looking for
- Clear, confident, and courteous telephone communication in Urdu and English.
- Basic sales, lead qualification, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to explain dairy products, pricing information, promotions, and delivery details accurately.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach to handling inquiries.
- Comfort with outbound calling, structured follow-ups, and achieving performance targets.
- Accurate data entry and record keeping using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar systems.
- Reliable internet access, a quiet workspace, and the discipline to work independently in a remote setup.
- Professional conduct, punctuality, patience, and willingness to learn product knowledge.
