Ehtisham Janjua Furniture is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Showroom In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of a furniture showroom. The role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom presentation, and leading the showroom team efficiently.

Ehtisham Janjua Furniture is looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Showroom In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of a furniture showroom. The role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom presentation, and leading the showroom team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable furniture solutions based on customer needs and budget.
- Convert walk-in visitors into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor product displays and maintain accurate product labeling and pricing.
- Coordinate with management on new product displays and seasonal arrangements.
- Ensure display furniture is maintained in excellent condition.
- Supervise showroom staff and assign daily responsibilities.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Monitor attendance.
