- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in assigned international markets.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide clear information about streaming services.
- Identify customer needs, explain packages, and respond to questions or objections.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales, conversion, and quality targets.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity accurately in company systems.
- Follow approved scripts, compliance procedures, and service standards.
- Build positive customer relationships and support a professional team environment.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage international customers.
- Basic understanding of cold calling, inbound sales, lead qualification, and objection handling.

- Target-oriented approach with the motivation to meet sales and conversion goals.
- Accurate data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management or recording systems.
- Professional conduct, punctuality, resilience, and willingness to learn.
