- Schedule: 6 days per week; 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break; UAE day-shift timings
- Salary: PKR 30,000–50,000
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to prospective clients in the UAE market to pitch premium product offerings and services.
- Identify client needs, present relevant solutions, and close prospective deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain professional communication standards.
- Maintain accurate call records, pipeline status, and prospect details.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience or demonstrated ability in telesales, customer service, lead generation, or relationship management.
- Confident and professional communication with local and international customers.
- Ability to identify customer needs, handle objections, and present solutions clearly.
- Consistent follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Accurate record keeping and familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or management tools.
- Good time management, discipline, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent English communication is preferred for international customer interactions.
