What you’ll be doing
We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman for an approximately 1,500 sq. ft. house construction project.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise house construction and finishing work.
- Coordinate tile, doors and windows installation.
- Supervise plumbing and electrical works.
- Manage and monitor painting work.
- Supervise façade and stone work.
- Ensure finishing work meets required quality standards.
- Coordinate workers and maintain smooth workflow.
- Inspect completed work and identify finishing defects.
- Ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong experience in building finishing work.
- Practical knowledge of tile work, doors and windows, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and façade/stone work.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage construction activities.
- Good understanding of house construction and finishing processes.
