What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities
Schedule and Conditions
Full-time, on-site role in Lahore with a morning shift from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a 30-minute break. Travel is required.
- Conduct outdoor marketing by visiting businesses, shops, schools, colleges, hospitals, and offices.
- Introduce the travel agency and its services; distribute flyers, brochures, and business cards.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and collect customer contact details for follow-up.
- Promote domestic and international flight offers and explain visa, Umrah, holiday package, and travel insurance services if offered.
- Submit daily reports of places visited and leads generated.
- Welcome walk-in customers and respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Search and book domestic flight tickets.
- Assist customers with fares and schedules, and process bookings, payments, refunds, and ticket changes.
- Issue e-tickets, provide travel guidance, maintain accurate customer records, and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales.
