Alwafa International Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd is a Karachi-based travel and tourism company serving customers with professional booking and travel support.
Key responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Check flight schedules, fares, availability, baggage rules, and applicable booking conditions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and reservations according to customer requirements and company procedures.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, and internal colleagues to resolve booking or schedule issues.
- Verify passenger details and travel documents before ticket issuance.
- Maintain organized booking records and provide timely updates to customers.
- Deliver courteous service while meeting accuracy, response-time, and operational standards.
What we’re looking for
- Practical knowledge of airline reservations, fare rules, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
- Familiarity with a computerized reservation system such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, or a comparable platform.
- Strong attention to detail when entering passenger names, travel dates, routes, and document information.
- Ability to compare fares, explain booking conditions, and prepare clear quotations.
- Good written and verbal communication with a professional customer-service approach.
- Ability to coordinate with airlines and suppliers and resolve booking discrepancies promptly.
- Comfort using email, office software, and digital booking records.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests under time-sensitive conditions.
