- Respond to customer inquiries about Umrah packages, travel dates, accommodation, transportation, documentation, and related services.
- Present package details clearly, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams and service providers to support smooth booking and travel arrangements.
- Assist customers with required information and documentation while providing timely updates throughout the process.
- Build positive customer relationships and address concerns professionally.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu; knowledge of additional local languages is beneficial.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand travel needs and recommend suitable Umrah packages.
- Sales ability, lead follow-up discipline, negotiation confidence, and commitment to achieving booking targets.
- Working knowledge of quotations, booking records, customer documentation, and basic office software.
- Strong attention to detail when handling passenger information, travel dates, payments, and service inclusions.
- Professional telephone and in-person communication, complaint handling, teamwork, and timely coordination.
- Knowledge of Umrah visa, airline, accommodation, and ground-transport arrangements is preferred.
