What you’ll be doing
FlexSource International is hiring experienced Telesales Representatives for an Air Duct Cleaning Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation: PKR 35,000–60,000 + commission.
Work is on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers regarding air duct cleaning services.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable services.
- Convert leads into successful sales and appointments.
- Maintain professional customer relationships.
- Meet individual and campaign sales targets.
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate customer information.
Compensation: PKR 35,000–60,000 + commission.
Work is on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Team Leader (TL) or Closer in an Air Duct Cleaning campaign is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Availability for an on-site position in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi.
