- Maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely processing and dispatch.
- Assist with inventory updates, order tracking, returns, and basic issue resolution.
- Review store content and customer-facing information for accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to routine customer queries through approved business channels and escalate complex concerns.
- Prepare basic operational updates and identify recurring process or listing issues.

What we’re looking for
- Basic understanding of e-commerce store operations, online orders, and product catalogs.
- Comfort using computers, web-based dashboards, spreadsheets, and common office tools.
