About the Role
Seeking a Field Coordinator for the Gender-Based Violence Survivors Support Project, an international technical cooperation initiative funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and implemented with the Punjab government.
Project Overview
The project runs from January 2025 to December 2028 and aims to strengthen provincial mechanisms for effective, survivor-centered service delivery supporting the protection, rehabilitation, and economic empowerment of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) survivors.

Major Outputs
- Institutionalize a regular training system with need-based modules for the Social Welfare Department (SWD) workforce on survivor-centered service delivery.
- Strengthen Women Protection Center services through multi-stakeholder engagement in pilot districts.
- Develop practical guidelines for the setup and operation of Transitional Homes (THs).
What we’re looking for
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in project implementation and coordination
- Strong writing and report-drafting skills
- Ability to manage accounting and logistics work
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word, as well as email and internet
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to organize and manage work independently and as a team member
- Fluency in English and Urdu, both speaking and writing, is required
- Experience working with Punjab governmental departments and coordinating among governmental departments is highly valued
