Radius Lab is hiring a Business Development Executive in Pakistan to turn qualified conversations into well-scoped AI, workflow automation, systems integration, and custom software engagements. This is a long-term independent-contractor engagement with full-time availability. You will work remotely from Pakistan and maintain reliable overlap with U.S. Central business hours.
What you will do
Radius Lab is hiring a Business Development Executive in Pakistan to turn qualified conversations into well-scoped AI, workflow automation, systems integration, and custom software engagements. What you will do
- Lead consultative discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Qualify business problems, urgency, stakeholders, budget, and technical fit.
- Translate operational needs into clear solution outlines with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, statements of work, and client presentations.
- Manage opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps, forecasts, and follow-ups.
- Build durable client relationships and support clean handoffs into delivery.
What we’re looking for

- CRM pipeline management

- Professional English
- Practical knowledge of AI solutions, workflow automation, APIs, cloud platforms, data integrations, and custom software
- Collaboration with technical delivery teams
- 3+ years of B2B business development or solution-sales experience in consulting, technology, SaaS, software services, or a digital agency
