What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and student-focused professional to play a leading role for our BTEC Level 3, HND, and Entrepreneurship Programs.

- Lead the BTEC Level 3 and HND programmes from planning to delivery.
- Support the development of students' entrepreneurial mindset and business skills.
- Contribute to the institute's incubation and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Deliver engaging, practical, and interactive sessions.
- Monitor student progress, assignments, and academic performance.
- Mentor learners and help them achieve successful outcomes.
- Work closely with the academic team to maintain high educational standards and programme quality.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Inspires rather than simply lectures.
- Believes in practical, career-focused education.
- Can engage students and bring business concepts to life.
- Has a passion for developing future entrepreneurs and professionals.
What we’re looking for
Key Requirements:
- MBA, Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related qualification.
- Strong knowledge of business, management, and entrepreneurship.
- Experience leading or managing BTEC and/or HND programmes is highly preferred.
- Exposure to business incubation, startup development, or entrepreneurship programmes will be a strong advantage.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching through practical activities, storytelling, case studies, and real-world examples, not just theory.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Excellent assignment guidance and learner support skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
