What you’ll be doing
Brookfield Estimation supports residential and commercial construction projects across the United States through accurate design documentation, drawings, and detailed cost estimates. We are seeking a Sales Success Specialist in Lahore to help strengthen client relationships, support business growth, and ensure a professional experience from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with prospective and existing clients, understand project requirements, communicate estimating and design capabilities, and coordinate with internal teams to support timely and accurate responses.

- Respond to inquiries and qualify potential clients based on project scope, needs, and business fit.
- Present estimation, design, and drafting services clearly to residential and commercial prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process and support client retention.
- Prepare proposals, track opportunities, update customer records, and report pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with estimators, designers, and project teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
- Identify client concerns, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
What we’re looking for
- Consultative selling, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication for professional client interactions.
- Ability to understand project requirements and explain technical services in clear business language.
- Experience preparing proposals, maintaining sales pipelines, and updating CRM or customer records.
- Effective coordination with estimating, drafting, design, and project delivery teams.
- Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Confident handling of objections, client concerns, and routine service issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and willingness to learn industry software.
