What you’ll be doing

Bridgeline Inc. is seeking a Social Media Manager to strengthen its digital presence across key social platforms. This full-time, on-site role is based in Islamabad or Lahore and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with company goals and brand voice.
Create, edit, and publish engaging copy, graphics, short videos, and other platform-specific content.
Manage community interactions, respond professionally to comments and messages, and support online reputation.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify content opportunities.
Track key performance metrics and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and maintain consistent messaging across channels.

What we’re looking for

1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, media company, agency, or comparable organization.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Ability to create compelling written, visual, and short-form video content for different audiences.
Proficiency with social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
Good understanding of content calendars, hashtags, engagement tactics, and platform trends.
Strong copywriting, editing, communication, and community management skills.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
