What you’ll be doing
EZZY Technologies is a US-based construction estimation company supporting builders and contractors with bills of quantities, material takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid documentation for projects across the United States. Based in Karachi, this role will contribute to procurement estimates that help project teams prepare competitive and well-supported bids.

- Prepare material quantity takeoffs and procurement estimates from drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Compile bills of quantities, pricing summaries, bid comparisons, and supporting cost documentation.
- Research material requirements, supplier quotations, lead times, and availability for construction projects.
- Coordinate with estimators and project stakeholders to clarify scope, exclusions, substitutions, and assumptions.
- Review estimates for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with bid requirements.
- Maintain organized estimating files and update pricing.
What we’re looking for
- Practical experience with construction estimating, procurement, quantity takeoffs, or bills of quantities.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Understanding of construction materials, supplier pricing, quotations, lead times, and cost comparisons.
- Strong Excel skills for estimate preparation, formulas, data organization, and pricing analysis.
- Accuracy in reviewing quantities, units, rates, exclusions, allowances, and estimate assumptions.
- Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong documentation, prioritization, analytical, and deadline-management abilities.
- Experience with construction estimating or takeoff software is an advantage.
