What you’ll be doing
Jjamera is a private limited restaurant company operating in Lahore, Pakistan. We are building a customer-focused food-service team and are seeking dependable candidates for roles including CND staff, kitchen leads, kitchen helpers, and cashiers. Successful candidates will support efficient daily operations, maintain service quality, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

- Prepare, assemble, and present food items according to established recipes and portion standards.
- Support kitchen leads with food preparation, workstation organization, stock handling, and timely order completion.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety practices in kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash responsibly.
- Assist guests courteously, communicate orders clearly, and respond promptly to service needs.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues during busy service periods.
- Follow company procedures, report shortages or equipment issues, and help maintain an organized workplace.
- Kitchen leads may also guide helpers, monitor preparation flow, and help ensure consistent quality and smooth operations.
What we’re looking for
- Basic food preparation, portion control, and safe handling of ingredients.
- Understanding of kitchen cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food-safety procedures.
- Ability to operate or learn point-of-sale systems and process cash and digital payments accurately.
- Customer-service skills with polite, clear, and professional communication.
- Ability to follow recipes, check order accuracy, and maintain service standards.
- Teamwork, punctuality, stamina, and willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- For kitchen leads: task coordination, workstation supervision, stock awareness, and quality control.
- For CND and kitchen helpers: cleaning, dishwashing, waste handling, and maintaining orderly work areas.
