What you’ll be doing

Job Description:
JV Lands Marketing is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its real estate sales team. The role requires proven experience in real estate sales and strong client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and convert inbound and outbound real estate leads
Handle residential and commercial property sales
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of property market trends
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
