What you’ll be doing
Heylux Chauffeur is seeking a detail-oriented UK Chauffeur Controller to join its Lahore operations team. The role supports reliable, well-coordinated chauffeur services by managing daily bookings, driver schedules, fleet information, and client communication. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with transportation software, monitoring operational details, and responding promptly to changing requirements.

- Coordinate daily chauffeur assignments, pickups, drop-offs, schedules, and route information.
- Monitor driver availability, punctuality, service progress, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate booking, driver, vehicle, and journey records in specialized transportation systems.
- Communicate clearly with chauffeurs, clients, and internal teams regarding confirmations, changes, delays, and service requirements.
- Support fleet coordination by reporting vehicle availability, maintenance concerns, and operational issues.
- Apply compliance and safety procedures while escalating incidents or service risks to the appropriate team member.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer service issues calmly, accurately, and within agreed response times.

What we’re looking for
- Experience with chauffeur, transport, fleet, logistics, or dispatch coordination.
- Strong scheduling, prioritization, and real-time problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with transportation, dispatch, booking, GPS, or fleet management software.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of driver, vehicle, booking, and journey records.
- Clear written and verbal communication with drivers, clients, and operations teams.
- Understanding of service compliance, safety procedures, incident escalation, and confidentiality.
- Strong customer service skills with a calm, professional approach to delays and changes.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
