What you’ll be doing
We’re hiring an AI Automation & CRM Expert for part-time, contract-based remote work. Build end-to-end automation systems for clients by identifying automation opportunities, designing workflows, and delivering complete production-ready solutions.
Key responsibilities and technologies:
Key responsibilities and technologies:
- Build complex n8n workflows with APIs, webhooks, error handling, and custom logic.
- Develop Retell AI and Vapi voice agents, call flows, tools, webhooks, and post-call automation.
- Configure GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, and Podio CRM workflows, pipelines, funnels, integrations, and data synchronization.
- Develop custom solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, Python, and JavaScript.
- Integrate Airtable, Baserow, Notion, Dialpad, Appsmith, Discord, ClickUp, Calendars, and other third-party platforms.
- Translate business processes into automation systems and independently troubleshoot integrations using API documentation.
