Iconic Ai-Vanta, a business consulting company based in Islamabad, is seeking a Reseller to support business growth across Pakistan. This remote-friendly opportunity is suited to a self-driven professional who can identify prospects, present relevant business solutions, and build productive customer relationships. - Identify and approach prospective customers through suitable business channels.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present offerings clearly, answer questions, and communicate value to prospects.
- Follow up with leads, maintain accurate customer records, and support order completion.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the internal team on product information, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- Meet agreed sales and reseller activity targets while maintaining professional service standards.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal and written communication with professional customer handling.
- Ability to prospect, qualify leads, present solutions, and close sales.
- Customer relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of sales records, order tracking, and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and able to work independently remotely.
- Comfort using email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and explain it in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Teamwork, responsiveness, and a reliable approach to customer commitments.
