Senior Outlet Manager - Coffeehouse

A premium international-standard coffee and frozen yogurt brand is launching its first outlet in Karachi and is looking for an experienced Senior Outlet Manager to lead the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team while driving a high-performance culture.
• Achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety, hygiene, quality, and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, cost control, cash management, and daily store administration.
• Analyze business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the expansion of future outlets by establishing strong operational processes.

Ideal Candidate
Experience managing a leading international or premium coffeehouse, café, QSR, frozen yogurt, or restaurant chain is required. Experience with recognized international-standard hospitality brands is highly preferred.
