As a remote Bookkeeper supporting the team and its clients in Pakistan, you will maintain accurate records and help ensure reliable, timely financial information.

- Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions for dental practices and related entities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, bank, expense, and general ledger records with strong attention to detail.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documentation in accordance with client requirements.
- Assist with month-end procedures, account reviews, and preparation of working papers for accountants.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate unusual entries, and escalate issues promptly.
- Organize digital records and maintain clear audit trails for multiple clients and clinic locations.
- Communicate professionally with the accounting team and provide timely updates on outstanding information.
What we’re looking for
- At least two years of practical bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and transaction coding.
- Ability to process invoices, expenses, receipts, payments, and supporting documents accurately.
- Competence with spreadsheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining structured financial data.
- Experience using cloud accounting platforms or similar bookkeeping systems.
- Careful approach to reconciliations, error checking, deadlines, and confidential client information.
- Clear written communication and ability to work independently in a fully remote team.
- Organized task management and willingness to learn accounting requirements relevant to dental practices.
