What you’ll be doing
Cass Group Solutions is seeking a Final Expense Agent for its Karachi-based outsourcing and offshoring team.

- Engage prospective customers through assigned leads and conduct structured sales conversations.
- Explain final expense coverage, benefits, eligibility, and next steps accurately.
- Ask appropriate questions to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Meet daily and monthly activity, quality, and conversion targets.
- Follow approved scripts, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and internal teams to resolve questions and complete applications.
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident, courteous, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to explain insurance concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques.
- Comfort working with sales scripts, CRM systems, dialers, and routine data entry.
- Ability to manage targets, maintain accurate records, and prioritize follow-ups.
- Professional customer service approach with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer skills, dependable attendance, and willingness to work in a performance-driven office environment.
