Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
Schedule: Full-time, morning shift, on-site

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and professionally handle client enquiries
- Explain dBrokerage's services and property-listing process to prospective clients
- Handle initial questions and concerns from buyers and property owners
- Schedule property viewings, consultations and meetings
- Maintain client, property and transaction records in the CRM
- Coordinate between management, agents, clients and other parties
- Manage listings and ensure information is kept accurate

What we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Well-spoken, articulate and confident in English and Urdu
- Professional appearance and manner
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Dependable, responsible and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- Able to remain composed and professional while managing multiple priorities
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, front desk, sales coordination or a similar client-facing role is preferred
- Real estate experience is not required
