What you’ll be doing

NSA Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a remote Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist for B2B sales in the Pakistani market. Responsibilities include generating qualified online leads, pitching digital marketing and web development services, closing deals, and managing ongoing client communication.

Job Details & Pay Structure:

Full-time work from home
100% commission/profit-share compensation with no fixed base salary
20% commission on each successfully closed client, paid per deal
Monthly performance bonus in addition to commission
Morning shift

What we’re looking for

Proven B2B sales and closing experience for agency or digital services
Lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, Facebook Groups, and local directories
Strong pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication in Urdu and English
Basic or working knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, E-commerce, and Custom Web services
Ability to work full-time remotely, meet monthly sales milestones, and work independently
Functional laptop or computer with reliable high-speed internet
