What you’ll be doing
Urbanbeauty.pk is a Lahore-based beauty products company seeking an E-Fulfillment Intern to support accurate, timely, and organized order processing across its online operations.
Key responsibilities:
This internship provides practical exposure to e-commerce fulfillment, inventory coordination, customer order management, and online retail operations.

- Assist with receiving, reviewing, and processing online customer orders.
- Verify product availability, quantities, pricing, and order details before fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to support accurate packing and dispatch.
- Update order status, inventory records, and fulfillment information in internal systems.
- Help monitor delayed, incomplete, or returned orders and escalate issues to the relevant team.
- Maintain organized digital and physical fulfillment records.
- Support product listings, stock checks, and routine e-commerce operations as needed.

What we’re looking for
- Basic understanding of e-commerce order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based inventory or order management tools.
- Strong attention to detail when checking product codes, quantities, addresses, and order records.
- Good organization and time-management skills for handling multiple orders.
- Clear written and verbal communication with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, follow procedures, and escalate issues promptly.
- Willingness to learn inventory control, packing standards, returns handling, and online retail operations.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a Lahore-based team environment.
