What you’ll be doing
Your Scale Gate helps physical storefronts become easier to discover and choose online by combining tap-to-review hardware, SEO, web design, video, and paid growth services. We are looking for a Sales Executive to build relationships with local businesses in Rawalpindi and across the Pakistan market, understand their growth needs, and connect them with practical digital solutions.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to customer acquisition and revenue growth while representing a coordinated, results-focused service offering.

- Identify and prospect potential business clients through research, outreach, referrals, and local market engagement.
- Present integrated solutions covering reviews, search visibility, websites, video content, and paid campaigns.
- Qualify leads, understand business objectives, and recommend suitable service packages.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in sales records.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to support smooth onboarding and communicate customer expectations.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, conversion results, and market feedback.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close business sales.
- Strong spoken and written communication with confident consultative selling techniques.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, websites, online reviews, video, and paid advertising.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into clear business benefits.
- Good follow-up discipline, pipeline management, and accurate activity reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and professional in client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and service delivery teams.
