Position: Senior Embedded System/Automation Engineer
Location: SITE Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Senior (4+ years)
Shift: Morning, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 6 days per week
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: PKR 100,000–300,000 per month

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Apply knowledge of servo drive systems, FOC implementation, and PID controls.
- Work with VFDs, IGBTs, FOC, and vector space techniques for designing AC motor drivers.
- Design circuits and PCBs involving power-management ICs, sensors, encoders, transformers, SMPS circuitry, and ADCs.
- Architect and develop embedded software and hardware solutions using C/C++.
- Work with TI microcontrollers, STM32, and development boards.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication modules using various protocols.
- Conduct debugging and testing of embedded systems using specialized tools.
- Prepare detailed documentation for assigned work.
- Work independently and report to the manager.
What we’re looking for
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4+ years in embedded systems design, development, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++; Python is a plus.
- Experience with RTOS or embedded Linux, hardware-software interfaces, and industrial control systems.
- Experience with servo drive systems, FOC implementation, PID controls, VFDs, IGBTs, AC motor drivers, circuit and PCB design, power-management ICs, sensors, encoders, transformers, SMPS circuitry, ADCs, TI microcontrollers, STM32, development boards, communication protocols, debugging, and testing.
