Trending Technologies Pvt. is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support accurate financial reporting and effective financial controls at its Islamabad office.
- Record, classify, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including payables, receivables, expenses, and bank activity.
- Prepare vouchers, ledgers, trial balances, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor invoices, payment schedules, collections, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow tracking, audits, tax documentation, and statutory reporting.
- Maintain organized accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, operations, and management to resolve discrepancies and provide timely financial insights.
What we’re looking for
- Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash-flow summaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured financial analysis.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems and strong electronic record-keeping practices.
- Understanding of Pakistani tax documentation, audit support, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, investigate discrepancies, and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
