We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Hajj and Umrah packages, handling customer inquiries, assisting clients in selecting suitable packages, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Hajj and Umrah packages, handling customer inquiries, assisting clients in selecting suitable packages, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individual and group customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in visits.
- Explain package details, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visa requirements, and other services.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and visa teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on package prices, airline schedules, hotel options, and Hajj & Umrah-related requirements.
- Handle customer concerns.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in Hajj & Umrah, travel & tourism, ticketing, or sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-service oriented and professional attitude.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and WhatsApp Business.
- Fluency in Urdu and English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
- Candidates with an existing customer network or experience in travel sales will be preferred.
- Sales & Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Communication & Negotiation, Lead Generation & Follow-up, Hajj & Umrah Package Knowledge, Target Achievement, Problem Solving, and Teamwork.
